As progressives we base our decision on emotions, not mind clouding financial theory; we live for the moment and do not allow the future to concern us. Once we found taxpayer funded insurance that would be provided by somebodyelse after my father got cancer, we can now keep the savings and farm and let somebody else sell their farm and empty their savings to pay for my father's care. Thank you for putting the interests of the people that receive the benefits first and the insurance companies and the somebodyelses last. PS: I would also request that we be able to require somebodyelse to fund programs that allow us to buy car insurance after we have have a wreck and have to pay somebody millions in pain and suffering costs. Too, we would like home insurance to be available for purchase immediately after the house burns down. With these benefits we too would be able to get the farm rebuilt and keep it, and enjoy our savings, without have to waste the money on insurance on projected losses.
